CFO Dynamics is an outsourced finance partner, who helps companies to optimise performance and increase resources, profit and cash generation.

Challenge

We first met with CFO Dynamics in mid-2022 to see if we could help them with their marketing. At that time, their branding and website were really dated and desperately in need of a refresh. Despite investing in video content, their marketing was pretty ad-hoc without a clear strategy and they were not generating brand awareness or leads. And CFO Dynamics did not have a CRM to provide a single-source-of-truth and the visibility of marketing/sales that they needed to grow.

Solution

After an audit of their website/SEO and clarity around their goals as a business, we put together a strategy to get their marketing engine up-and-running.

Phase 1 involved completing a complete rebrand, including the development of positioning, brand guidelines, logo, colour palette, typography, graphic devices, business cards, and social media graphics.  

Phase 2 focused on the website design, development, copywriting and overall SEO/content strategy for their new website. We identified which keywords would make the most sense to drive both brand awareness and leads and built service pages and blog posts around that. CFO Dynamics already had a great library of video content, so we just needed to optimise it better to move the needle for SEO.

Once the website was live, phase 3 was all about getting HubSpot embedded into their business, including important contacts/companies, setting up lead nurturing automation, creating lists, and building email and landing page templates. We also provided training to the team.

Phase 4 was all about driving the marketing engine. We recommended an inbound marketing approach which included Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, blog content, social media (LinkedIn), email marketing and a quarterly inbound campaign (i.e. eBook, whitepaper, checklist).

Results

We've been able to deliver amazing results for CFO Dynamics, including a 24x increase in organic search traffic, increasing their Domain Rating (DR) from 8 to 15 (87% increase) and increasing the number of organic keywords their website ranks for by 125x. We're also so proud to see the end result of the rebrand and website redesign which has completely transformed their business.
